The SUN2000-12/15/17/20/25KTL-M5 is a compact, high-efficiency three-phase residential/commercial inverter line. Each model delivers grid-interactive AC power from 12 kW to 25 kW with dual MPPTs and wide MPPT operating range for flexible string design. The units raise energy yield when paired with SUN2000 optimizers and include AI-powered arc-fault protection, residual current monitoring, SPD protection and integrated PID recovery for long-term module health. Communication supports RS485 and optional Smart Dongles for WLAN/Ethernet and 4G. The M5 series tolerates −25 °C to +60 °C, uses smart air cooling, and carries an IP66 rating for outdoor use.
