The Jinko TiGER Neo 66HL4M-BDV (605–630 W) is a premium, bifacial glass-glass PV module engineered for high energy output and long service life. Using N-type TOPCon cells and Jinko’s HOT 3.0 process with SMBB interconnects, this family reduces LID/LeTID, improves low-irradiance response and achieves high module efficiency while lowering LCOE through bifacial rear-side power gain.
